60 Day Limited Warranty (PDF)

We are giving you a Limited Warranty which covers general workmanship. This limited warranty starts from the end of the contract and ends after the warranty period. After warranty expiration, you no longer have any coverage.

We do offer repair services for all Non-Covered situations. Any repairs on products warranted by our 1 year warranty will not include our 60 day warranty.

Warranty Agreement

Warranty Agreement Form

You MUST fill out this agreement form before our warranty becomes effective. You must agree to the terms and conditions listed within the warranty. If you have any questions please call our office. When you agree to the warranty terms and conditions, the warranty will go into effect starting from the closure date of the contract and not the date you submitted the agreement.
(Ex. Contract Closed on Jan 23 2010, Agreement submitted on Feb 15 2010. coverage starts from Jan 23 2010.)

After you agree to the terms and conditions, we will get a copy of the form you fill out and will keep it on file for 30 days past the warranty period.

Submitting a Claim

Warranty Claim Form

 If you need to submit a warranty claim or if you have any questions, please contact our office first. An inspection by Innovation Landscaping is necessary for all warranty claims. Any claim must be made no later than the warranty coverage period from the closure of the contract.
(Ex. 60 day warranty claim must be filled within 60 days after the closure date. 1 Year warranty claim must be filled within 1 year/365 day of closure date)
