We are giving you a Free Limited Warranty which covers general workmanship. This limited warranty starts from the end of the contract and ends after the warranty period. After warranty expiration, you no longer have any coverage. We do offer repair services for all Non-Covered situations. Any repairs on products warranted by our 1 year warranty will not include our 90 day repair and finish warranty nor will there be any additional warranted time amended to your original warranty. All Warranty covered repairs MUST first be Inspected and Authorized by StoneCrete Tekniques and all repair work must be performed by StoneCrete Tekniques. If we feel we can not make a repair in a timely manor only StoneCrete Tekniques will be allowed to authorize and arrange for a StoneCrete Tekniques Qualified Contractor to perform the repair(s). Any repairs performed by contractors authorized by the customer which are not authorized by StoneCrete Tekniques, the customer and/or contractor will not be covered or reimbursed for their services.
