StoneTek™

Is a process we developed over the years to provide customers with the most durable, long lasting, versatile solution available to create high quality, realistic artificial stones and stone features. Our Faux rocks come with natural look and feel for almost any application needed either interior or exterior. Solid concrete or affordable overlays for; exterior patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, stairs and more as well as interior applications such as countertops, floors, walls, doorways and doors, showers, stairs and more.

Our StoneTek™  process uses one or more of the following; our special high strength concrete, high strength polymer modified cement mixes or epoxy mixes to create solid or lightweight stone like structures which can resist cracking, chipping, vehicle and foot traffic, heaving and settling (unlike paver or rock installations), freeze / thaw, salt and UV exposure. We can apply our StoneTek™ interior and exterior mixes extremely thin or as thick as a few inches without chipping, delaminating or cracking.

FASTER INSTALLATION. StoneTek™ decreases installation time and labor by 30-50%. This includes excavation and complete customization of rock sizes, placement and colors. In 4 days we can complete a 150' L x 3.5' H retaining wall versus weeks with standard rock installations and your limited to the size and placement of the stones. No one wants to move a 1200lb boulder but we can design one within a few minutes. Standard wall block installations would take roughly 10-14 days to install the same length wall and would not have nearly the same strength as our solid concrete walls which are 10-12" thick and have a tensile strength of over 10,000 psi. StoneTek patios can be completed in 3-4 days with complete custom stone placement, size and color. Paver or rock installations could take weeks and will heave, settle and allow unwanted and unsightly weeds growing between the joints no more than 1 year after. Would you really want to pay thousands for a patio that will heave and settle with weeds growing between the crack in a short amount of time?

With StoneCrete we actually carve and shape the wet concrete into stones which means every rock is mechanically bound together through out a monolithic structure.

GraniTek Overlays GraniTek Overlays are the most durable overlay consisting of real crushed granite and an acrylic binding resin which allows us to overlay any existing structure and transform it into granite.
