Residential and Commercial
We
offer design and drafting for small or large residential and commercial projects. During our
consultation, we will discuss what you have in mind, we will ask you specific
questions and offer ideas to incorporate. During and after the discussion, we
will draw a perspective drawing with your ideas to show you what it could look
like before any work has been done.
Why pay for design and drafting?
Think of it as insurance. This is to ensure everyone is on the same page. A single retainer wall or small
patio is one thing but a whole plan is a whole different world.
Everyone
who works on this job needs to know exactly how it needs to look for
the job to be completed correctly. "Working" on a plan is the same as "working"
on the job. We have put in over 20 hours in design consultation to make sure the
customer knows exactly what he/she wants and is getting as well as making sure
all contractors and laborers know what needs to be done.
Design and Drafting Rate: $60 /
hour
When contracting your project
through StoneCrete Tekniques, you will receive a 3 hour discount on your Design
and Drafting Consultation. A well laid out design can usually be drafted within
3 hours.
